1. Background

A known issue has been identified in SPD-152 devices running official firmware version 5.10.42 or earlier, where the configuration file can become corrupted after a reboot. This corruption causes the device to revert to its factory settings.

2. Solution

A beta firmware version (SPD-152_5.10.36_240702103325.img) has been released to address this issue. The fix will also be included in the next official firmware release, scheduled for 1Q 2025.

1) Apply the Beta Firmware

  • Users experiencing this issue can resolve it immediately by updating to the beta firmware.
  • The beta firmware file is attached to this report: SPD-152_5.10.36_240702103325.img.

2) Wait for the Next Official Release

  • The fix will be included in the official firmware release planned for 1Q 2025.
