SAE (Solution & Advanced Engineering)

The SAE team take the lead on specific technical areas to ensure more focused expertise, faster issue resolution, and streamlined ticket handling.

SAE Roles & Responsibilities

1. Solution Integration

  • Product Protocols: SUNAPI, ONVIF
  • Video & Audio Protocols: RTSP
  • Network Protocols: SNMP, LDAP, WebRTC (P2P)

2. Project-Customized Features

  • Support for project-specific VOC (Voice of Customer) requirements

3. Cybersecurity

  • Feature Support: OpenSSL, 802.1x, etc.
  • Vulnerability Management: CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures)

4. New Solutions

SAE will first acquire technical knowledge of new solutions and then disseminate it internally through training sessions.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Monthly Bug Reports
  • Project Case Studies (focused on VOC and integration challenges)
